Welcome to His Beloved Life Coach & Mentoring, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing products, or engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of Services

His Beloved Life Coach & Mentoring provides faith-based Christian life coaching, mentorship programs, workshops, digital resources, and personal development services.

Our services are designed to support personal growth, spiritual development, goal setting, accountability, and empowerment. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you agree to seek professional help immediately.

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • No specific outcomes or guarantees are promised.

Roslyn Tyler is a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach and Board Certified Mental Health Coach; however, coaching services are not clinical therapy.

3. Faith-Based Content

All services are rooted in Biblical principles and Christian values. By engaging in services, you understand that:

  • Scripture, prayer, and Christian teachings may be incorporated.

  • Coaching reflects a Christian worldview.

  • Participation in spiritual elements is voluntary but foundational to the brand’s mission.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment plans must be honored according to agreed terms.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Coaching fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Workshops, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requires at least 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

We honor your privacy. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential except:

  • When disclosure is required by law

  • When there is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • When you provide written permission to share information

Group programs require participants to respect the confidentiality of others. However, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to:

  • Workbooks

  • Devotionals

  • Videos

  • Course content

  • Worksheets

  • Branding materials

are the intellectual property of His Beloved Life Coach & Mentoring, LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell materials without written permission.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to use content for unlawful purposes

  • Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse site functionality

  • Not to copy or plagiarize content

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

His Beloved Life Coach & Mentoring, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Personal decisions made as a result of coaching

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses or financial outcomes

You agree that your use of services is at your own discretion and risk.

While we are committed to excellence, growth results vary. Your success depends on your personal commitment, effort, and willingness to apply principles discussed.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Behavior becomes inappropriate or disruptive

  • Services are deemed not a good fit

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
